Clinicians who understand the workplace
Brooktree Workplace is the workplace training and consulting practice of Brooktree Counseling & Consulting PLLC. We believe healthier workplaces are built by empowering individuals: when each person can recognize toxicity and respond to it, at work and in life, the whole organization benefits. Our Certified Employee Assistance Professionals, Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors bring more than 20 years of clinical experience to that work.

Our signature program, PESD, moves the point of action earlier — helping people recognize early warning signs of personal and workplace toxicity and respond with a practiced plan, instead of waiting until harm has already happened.

We complement your HR processes, employee assistance program and legal counsel. We don’t replace them, and we never ask employees to carry responsibility for someone else’s behavior.

Texas licensure specific to substance use disorders — the foundation of our drug-free workplace and recovery training.
